The following shall apply where the Services include or consist of "shared web hosting", "reseller web hosting" and "unlimited domain hosting" services:
The Customer agrees to maintain a current copy of all content hosted by CAPRICOM notwithstanding any agreement by CAPRICOM to provide backup services as a courtesy and not as an obligation.
It is the customers' responsibility to maintain local copies of their web content and any information on their account including but not limited to customers web site, email, databases, mailing lists, and archives.
If users need help backing up their website they may contact support for assistance with this.
The Customer should back up data on their account before attempting to make any changes on their account so that they can insure data recoverability.
If loss of data occurs due to an error of CAPRICOM, we will attempt to recover the data at no charge to the customer. If data loss occurs due to negligence of the customer in securing their account or by an action of the customer, CAPRICOM will attempt to recover the data from the most recent archive at a support-rate-fee per restore incident.
Under no circumstances is CAPRICOM responsible for recovering files or data from the backup due to the customer negligence, damage, loss, or accidental deletion or modifying.
Accounts that are using 20GB or more of disk space and over 100, 000 inodes may be excluded from our backup system.
